This team won the 2018 Regional hosted by the University of Illinois, to earn a spot at the National Competition. Though they didn't place, they did receive acknowledgement for their creativity in engineering and storytelling.
HIGH SCHOOL:

This team's machine had a perfect first run and minimal intervention at the University of Illinois Open House Regional Competition. The only thing that kept them from advancing was the tough competition they encountered at this regional.
JR. HIGH:
CEREAL CITY
This team advanced to the National Finals in Chicago, IL and took home 2nd place in the country. Their machine had a flawless first run and captured the attention of those present with their creative newscast presentation, which outlined their machine's run.
